Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the costs of your care. Most plans require a co-payment and deductible, which must be paid by the patient at the time of service. It's important to note that insurance coverage is not, and never has been, a guideline for the quality of care.

We expect your co-payment in full at the time of service and will gladly file your insurance claims for you. Please bring your insurance card on your first visit and familiarize yourself with your dental plan benefits. You can reach out to your employer’s Benefit Coordinator for this information. We will work with you to ensure you receive the maximum benefits available to you.
